Lawrence Layne Marino, OCOP, OCP

Mr. Marino is currently the Department of Energy's National Nuclear Security Administration, Nevada Site Office Operations Security (OPSEC) Manager. Mr. Marino is a Professional Analysis, Inc (PAI) employee. Mr. Marino has dedicated nearly 30 years of his life to the field of OPSEC, telecommunications security and training. As an OPSEC surveyor he has performed OPSEC assessments around the world for every branch of service to include direct support to Joint Combatant Commanders. As an educator, he has trained OPSEC professionals from organizations across the globe on the latest OPSEC processes, methodologies and strategies.

A recognized expert, Mr. Marino has appeared as a featured guest speaker at several security-training conferences, to include multiple appearances at the National OPSEC Conference, Security America National Security Conference and Federal Bureau of Investigations seminars. He has also appeared as an OPSEC expert on American Forces Radio and as a feature on the American Forces Television show "Outlook on the Atoll." As well as his position as Vice President of the OSPA Board of Directors Mr. Marino is a past member of the OPSEC Professionals Society (OPS) Board of Directors, a Toastmasters International Past Club President, an OSPA Certified OPSEC Professional (OCOP) and an OPSEC Certified Professional (OCP).
