S: SIGNATURE: This is the military uniform, patches, haircuts, color of passports to decals on cars and government license plates all of which constitute a signature. It is a combination of profiles and associations.
P: PROFILE: This is any pattern discovered by observation over time
A: ASSOCIATIONS: This is where you or mission personnel identify with from different organizations to patches on the uniform
C: CONTRASTS: This is the comparisons made in maps, positions, locations and TTP
E: EXPOSURE: This is observation over a short and long period of time
